2. Subscriptions and billing

Access is sold as a monthly subscription at the tier you select at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled. We will give at least 30 days’ notice by email before any change to the price of an active subscription. Prices are shown in pounds sterling and exclude VAT where applicable.

3. Refunds and cancellation

You may cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the period already paid for, and no further charge is taken.

Unused whole months are refundable where you request a refund within 14 days of the charge. Where digital content has already been accessed in the period, we may deduct a proportionate amount for that content. Refunds are made to the original payment method. This clause does not affect any statutory right you may have.

4. No investment advice

ITP6 Ltd supplies software and educational material only. Nothing we publish or provide constitutes investment advice, a personal recommendation, or an offer to buy or sell any financial instrument. We are not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. We do not manage money, hold client funds, or place orders on your behalf. What we publish is not financial advice, and it is not a personal recommendation.

5. Risk warning

Trading and investing carry a risk of loss, including the loss of your entire capital. Where leverage is used, losses can exceed deposits. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and for assessing whether any activity is suitable for your circumstances.

6. Acceptable use and intellectual property

Your subscription is personal and non-transferable unless your tier expressly includes additional seats. Course material, indicator implementations and platform code remain our property or that of our licensors. You may not redistribute, resell, or use the material to build a competing product.

7. Third-party data

Market data is licensed from third-party providers and is subject to their terms. It may contain delays, errors or gaps. You may not extract or redistribute data feeds obtained through the platform.

8. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the platform available but do not warrant uninterrupted service. We may change features, provided we do not materially reduce what an active subscription includes without notice.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
