Ask a question

Is ITP6 an investment advisory service?
No. We publish software and educational material. We do not provide personalised advice, portfolio management or execution services, and we are not authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority. Nothing we publish is financial advice.
Does the platform tell me what to buy or sell?
No. It provides charting, indicator studies and journalling. Any decision about a position is yours, and so is its outcome.
Can I lose money using this platform?
Yes. Market activity carries a risk of loss, including the loss of your entire capital. Nothing on this platform reduces that risk or guarantees any result.
Which markets are covered?
Listed equities, major FX pairs and index futures. The exact instrument list depends on your tier and is published inside the app rather than in a marketing table.
Do I need prior experience?
No. Modules one to three assume no background. Practitioner-tier material assumes basic familiarity with reading a chart.
Where does the market data come from?
Third-party exchange and vendor feeds, normalised to UTC before display. Adjusted and unadjusted series are kept separate and labelled.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time from your account, and access runs to the end of the paid period.
Do you offer refunds?
Unused whole months are refundable within 14 days of purchase. The full terms, including the position on digital content already accessed, are set out in our Terms.
Is my card stored by you?
No. We do not store card data. Payments are handled by the processor named at checkout.
Do you support teams?
Desk tier includes five seats. Institution terms add single sign-on and invoicing on account, agreed in writing before work starts.
